Forget the password?
- If the password is forgotten, please call the RTX customer service hotline: 0755-83765566-2-4-1 (then dial 0 transfers) or send mail tortxsupport@tencent.com .To explain your master number or user name, we will send the master number code to the Email address that you had originally applied to the License file.
License lost?
- If your License is lost or damaged, you can log in to the RTX user management system and choose to update the License function.
